Creamy Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients:


  • 200g of chicken breast
  • 250g of pasta
  • 200ml of cream
  • 50g of grated cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Microwave Oven
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:


  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken breast, seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cooked chicken, cream, and half of the grated cheese. Mix well to coat all the pasta evenly with the sauce.
  • Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe baking dish and top with the remaining grated cheese.
  • Cook in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
