Cocoa Walnut Cake

Ingredients:


  • 200g Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 150g Granulated Sugar
  • 250g A
  • 100ml Milk
  • 150g Yogurt
  • 100g Walnuts
  • 100g Almonds

  • Blender

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and granulated sugar.
  • In another bowl, puree the milk, yogurt, walnuts and almonds with a blender.
  • Add the pureed mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased cake tin.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • Make sure the cake is cooked by inserting a toothpick into it, then remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
