Ingredients:


  • 100g Cocoa
  • 1 pack of Baking Powder
  • 150g Granulated Sugar
  • 200g One
  • 250ml Milk
  • 150g Yogurt
  • 100g Walnuts
  • 100g Almonds
  • 3 Eggs

  • Oven
  • Blender

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Beat the eggs and granulated sugar thoroughly in a blender.
  • Add milk and yogurt and continue mixing.
  • Add the cocoa and baking powder and mix.
  • Add the flour gradually and obtain a smooth dough.
  • Chop the walnuts and almonds coarsely and add them to the dough.
  • Pour the dough onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • After cooking, remove from the oven and let it cool.
  • After it cools down, slice and serve.
