Cinnamon Apple Oat Bake

Ingredients:


  • 200g of oats
  • 2 medium apples, diced
  • 2 plums, diced
  • 100g of sugar
  • 400ml of oat milk
  • 30g of cocoa
  • 10g of baking powder
  • 150g of flour
  • 100g of dates, chopped
  • 100g of peanut butter
  • 100g of strawberries, chopped
  • 50g of sunflower seeds
  • 200g of watermelon, diced
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Oven
  • Blender
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a blender, combine oats, oat milk, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, flour, dates, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  • Fold in the diced apples, plums, strawberries, and sunflower seeds into the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • While the oat bake is baking, prepare the watermelon as a refreshing side. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
  • Serve the cinnamon apple oat bake warm with diced watermelon on the side.
