Ingredients:
- 200g of oats
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 2 plums, diced
- 100g of sugar
- 400ml of oat milk
- 30g of cocoa
- 10g of baking powder
- 150g of flour
- 100g of dates, chopped
- 100g of peanut butter
- 100g of strawberries, chopped
- 50g of sunflower seeds
- 200g of watermelon, diced
- 1 tsp of cinnamon

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a blender, combine oats, oat milk, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, flour, dates, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Fold in the diced apples, plums, strawberries, and sunflower seeds into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the oat bake is baking, prepare the watermelon as a refreshing side. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
- Serve the cinnamon apple oat bake warm with diced watermelon on the side.
