Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the vermicelli for about 3-4 minutes until al dente, then drain.
- Shred the cabbage and sauté it in a little oil on the stove until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and cook them in a skillet on the stove until scrambled.
- Combine the cooked rice, vermicelli, sautéed cabbage, and scrambled eggs in a large mixing bowl, mixing well.
- Add the sauce and half of the gouda cheese to the bowl, and stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and top with the remaining gouda cheese.
- Place the dish in the microwave and heat until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
