Ingredients:
- 200g of grated carrot
- 4 slices of bread
- 250ml of milk
- 100g of sugar
- 100g of chocolate
- 2 apples, diced
- 2 guavas, dice
- 2 bananas, mashed

Instructions:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the grated carrots and diced apples, guavas, and bananas. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, heat the milk and dissolve the sugar in it until fully integrated. Do not bring it to a boil.
- Meanwhile, tear the bread into small pieces and add them to the mixture of cooked fruits. Pour the milk mixture over the bread and mix well.
- Add the chocolate pieces to the warm bread and fruit mixture. Mix until the chocolate is melted and fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and press down gently to even it out.
- Place the baking dish on the stove top, cover, and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, or until set.
- Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
