Spiced Coconut Potato Delight

Ingredients:

  • 200g of coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp of curry powder
  • 1 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 1 tsp of garam masala
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 100ml of milk
  • 250g of potatoes, diced
  • 2 shallots, sliced

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  • In a bowl, mix the coconut cream, curry powder, fish sauce, garam masala, minced garlic, and milk until well combined.
  • Add the diced potatoes and sliced shallots to the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • Place the coated potatoes and shallots in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot as a delicious and creamy side dish or snack.
