Quick Yakisoba

Ingredients:

  • 150g of yakisoba noodles
  • 100g of sliced pork
  • 50g of cabbage, shredded
  • 30g of carrots, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Boil water in a pot, add yakisoba noodles, and let them cook for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a hot wok, add the sliced pork and fry until golden brown.
  • Add the shredded cabbage and julienned carrots to the pork, stir-frying for about 1 minute until softened.
  • Add the cooked yakisoba noodles to the wok, along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together for about 1 minute until well combined and heated through.
  • Top with chopped green onions before serving.
