Quick Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 500g of potatoes
  • 50g of butter
  • 100ml of milk
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pot
  • Mixer
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks.
  • Place the potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil.
  • Cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes or until tender.
  • While the potatoes are cooking, finely chop the garlic and lightly sauté in butter until golden.
  • Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  • Add the sautéed garlic, butter, and milk to the drained potatoes.
  • Mash everything together until smooth, and season with salt and pepper.
