Garlic Chicken Mushroom Delight

Ingredients:

  • 600g of Chicken Breast
  • 300g of Garlic
  • 100g of Onion
  • 200g of Mushrooms

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Mince the garlic and finely chop the onion.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, minced garlic, and chopped onion. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Slice the mushrooms and set aside.
  • Heat a little olive oil in a pan on the stovetop over medium heat, add the marinated chicken mixture, and cook until the chicken is golden brown.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes until they become tender.
  • Transfer the chicken and mushroom mixture into an oven-safe dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
