Crispy Mayonnaise Panko Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 150g of Panko bread crumbs
  • 100g of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine the mayonnaise, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • In a bowl, mix the Panko bread crumbs and chopped parsley.
  • Pour the mayonnaise mixture into the bowl with the Panko and mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small patties, about 5 cm in diameter.
  • Heat a skillet on the stove top over medium heat and add a little oil.
  • Once hot, place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before serving.
