- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 50ml of Water

Instructions:
- Grate the carrots finely and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add the water and cover the bowl with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap, then microwave for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, olive oil, ketchup, cumin, sumac, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

- Top with grated Gouda cheese.
