Quick Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 200g of cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Measuring Cups
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add diced chicken and cook until slightly browned.
  • Push chicken to the side, pour beaten eggs into the wok and scramble until cooked through.
  • Add mixed vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  • Add rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything until well combined and heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
