Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of almond flour
  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp of erythritol
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Cake pan
  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Grease a small cake pan, and pour the cake batter into it.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
