Ingredients:

- 100g of mixed salad greens
- 1 medium avocado
- 50g of cherry tomatoes
- 30g of cucumber
- 10ml of olive oil
- 10ml of lemon juice

Instructions:
- Start by grilling the chicken breast until fully cooked and nicely charred, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad by mixing the salad greens, cherry tomatoes halved, and sliced cucumber in a mixing bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- Add the sliced chicken on top of the salad mix.
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut it into slices and add it to the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
