Cheesy Beef and Pepper Bake

Ingredients:

  • 500g of Beef
  • 500ml of Beef Broth
  • 400g of Hamburger Meat
  • 2 tablespoons of Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon of Red pepper flakes
  • 2 Peppers, diced
  • 200g of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 200ml of Heavy Whipping Cream

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the hamburger meat, seasonings, red pepper flakes, and diced peppers to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  • Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the heavy whipping cream with half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • In a baking dish, layer the meat mixture, followed by the cream mixture. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving.
